Exercise Day!

Today we walked after our weight watcher meeting....4 miles plus!  We earned 3 activity points, 112% towards my goal achievement for the day, 88 min regular activity and 33 min of intence activity.  We were pretty proud of ourselves!

Then I went home, ate lunch and fell  asleep in my chair.  Got up and when to see "Hyde Park on the Hudson" a movie about FDR.  Not historically correct and soooo slow.  Don't recommend it.

  1. I exercised today for the first time in a week. Even though I have a head cold I still did it - and I feel so proud of myself.

    Keep up the good work.

About the movie - I'm glad you told me cause I was thinking of seeing it but serious Bill Murrey movies tend to be a bit slow.

  2. It was the story line that was slow and historically not correct. Bill Murray was actually very good as FDR. They made Eleanor Roosevelt as a stupid person, actually they made all women as stupid. And they made visiting royalty as idiots like they had never been to a foreign country before, etc. and everyone, even the servants were portrayed as dumb except FDR who was dull. It was like watching a bad cartoon after seeing "Lincoln".
