Years ago we picked up this Victorian bread pan at a garage sale. I never have tried baking any bread in it and it has been sitting up on top of our kitchen cabinets for ages. In cleaning all the stuff up there I decided the next time I make bread I am going to use this pan. I have no idea of temperature required or anything else about it so it will be an experiment!
It doesn't have a patent date (which is unusual since patent numbers and dates were put on everything!)
The only thing I found on the internet was this:
Mine is one piece, hinged. It has a little window on the left end so you can see how your bread is doing.
BLOUSE update:
I decided to have the green trim to the sleeves. Hope to hand sew this tonight.
